If you have purchased survey systems or information kiosks from us, please have type, model and year of purchase ready. Add a brief description of the symptoms. Also let us know if you or somebody in your organization recently made any changes to the system configuration of hardware and/or software.

Before you contact us, please check the charge level of batteries for battery-operated survey systems and make sure the power adapters and monitor cables of survey kiosks and touch screen survey stations are all plugged in/connected.
